Design graduate from National College of Arts, Lahore, 1989. Participated in a number of group exhibitions in Pakistan and abroad. At present Assistant Director Alhamra Art Gallery, Lahore. Government House, 1991
Built around the tomb of Muhammad Qasim Khan, a cousin of Emperor Akbar and patron of wrestlers, the Government House was added to by subsequent residents. The original tomb chamber was incorporated into the main dining room while other wings were added later. John Lockwood Kipling and his talented student, Bhai Tam Singh, designed and executed an interior and several furniture pieces.
